Mississippi Stud is you against the paytable — there is no dealer hand. Post an ante and get two cards, then three community cards land one at a time: at 3rd, 4th and 5th Street you either fold or raise 1x, 2x or 3x your ante. Every bet still standing is paid on your final five-card hand — a pair of jacks or better wins, a pair of 6s through 10s pushes, and the ladder climbs to 500x for a royal flush. Provably fair.
