Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any Rheabet service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, AML & KYC Policy, and any additional rules or policies posted on the platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Rheabet.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-platform banner. Continued use of Rheabet after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility & Restricted Territories
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account and use Rheabet services. By registering, you warrant that you meet this requirement and that your use of Rheabet does not breach any law applicable to you.
Rheabet is not offered to, and may not be used by, residents of or persons located in the following Restricted Territories: Australia, Austria, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Comoros, Curaçao, France, Germany, Iran, Myanmar, Netherlands, North Korea, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Spain, St. Kitts and Nevis, Syria, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, and Yemen — together with any other jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or in which our provision of services would be unlawful. We may add to or amend this list at any time at our sole discretion.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using Rheabet is lawful where you are located. We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or refuse access from any jurisdiction at any time.
3. VPNs, Proxies & Location
Use of a VPN, proxy, Tor, or any other privacy tool is prohibited only where it is used to circumvent our geo-restrictions or these Terms — including to access Rheabet from, or while physically located in, a Restricted Territory, or to disguise or misrepresent your location for that purpose. Using such tools to evade our geo-restrictions or rules is a material breach of these Terms.
We may verify your location and identity by any lawful means at any time. Where we determine that you have used a VPN, proxy, or similar tool to access Rheabet from a Restricted Territory or to misrepresent your location, we may suspend or permanently close your account, cancel any bets or transactions, and void and forfeit any associated balances, bonuses, and winnings.
4. Account Registration & Security
Each player may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
5. Identity Verification (KYC)
We operate a risk-based verification programme. We may, at our sole discretion, at any time, and for any reason, require you to complete identity and/or source-of-funds verification ("KYC") as a condition of continued use of Rheabet. This may include, without limitation, a government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within the last three months, proof of ownership of a payment method, a selfie or liveness check, and source-of-funds or source-of-wealth documentation.
We may request verification at any point — including before processing any withdrawal — and may suspend your account, pause gameplay, and withhold any withdrawal or balance until verification is completed to our satisfaction. If you fail to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period, or if we are unable to verify your identity, age, location, or the lawful source of your funds, we may close your account and, to the extent permitted by applicable law and our licence, withhold or forfeit the affected funds.
6. Deposits, Withdrawals & Bonuses
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in cryptocurrency. Rheabet does not accept fiat currency. The minimum deposit is $10 and the minimum withdrawal is $10 (or cryptocurrency equivalent); deposits below the minimum will not be credited. Maximum transaction amounts may apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction. Withdrawals may be subject to the verification checks described in Section 5.
Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. Rheabet reserves the right to amend, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds if we reasonably believe they have been claimed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.
7. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use Rheabet only for lawful personal entertainment. The following are strictly prohibited: collusion, use of automated software or bots, exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities, money laundering, bonus abuse, operating multiple accounts, circumventing geo-restrictions, and any conduct intended to defraud Rheabet or other players.
We monitor gameplay for irregular patterns. Accounts found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be closed, all winnings forfeited, and the matter may be referred to competent authorities.
8. Responsible Gaming
Rheabet provides tools to help you manage your gambling, including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion. These tools are available in your Account Settings. We strongly encourage all players to use them.
If you believe you may have a gambling problem, please visit our Responsible Gaming page for support resources, or contact a helpline in your country. We can also apply a cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion upon request — contact support to do so.
9. Limitation of Liability
Rheabet provides its services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any special, incidental, direct, indirect or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of information) arising out of the use or misuse of the Services, regardless of whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. In any event, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits you made in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

11. Sports betting
10.1.
Rheabet may offer various sports betting markets from time to time ("Markets"), including pre-match and in-play Markets and single and multi bets. The availability of specific sports, events, or matches for betting is subject to change without prior notice.
10.2.
Third party providers will provide information related to sports scores and analytics ("Third Party Content") for Markets. Rheabet is not responsible for, does not endorse, and makes no representations or warranties concerning any of the Third Party Content made available on the Website. You rely upon such Third Party Content at your own risk.
10.3.
The third-party sportsbook provider publishes its own rules governing bet placement, acceptance, settlement, voiding, payouts, and sportsbook-specific disputes (the "Sportsbook Terms and Conditions"), made available to you within the sportsbook interface and at Sportsbook Terms and Conditions. The Sportsbook Terms and Conditions are incorporated into these Terms by reference, and the version in effect at the time you place a wager shall apply to that wager. By placing a wager through the sportsbook you acknowledge that you have had a reasonable opportunity to review them and you agree to be bound by them with respect to that wager. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Sportsbook Terms and Conditions on a sportsbook-specific matter (including bet acceptance, settlement, voiding, and sportsbook disputes), the Sportsbook Terms and Conditions shall prevail with respect to that matter; on all other matters — including your account, deposits and withdrawals, identity verification, and use of the platform generally — these Terms shall prevail. If the Sportsbook Terms and Conditions become inaccessible at the linked address, please contact us and we will provide a copy of the version then in effect.
10.4.
Markets will only be settled following official confirmation of the outcome or otherwise at Rheabet's sole discretion. If the outcome of a Market cannot be verified officially, we reserve the right to void it. If coverage of a match is abandoned or interrupted but the match proceeds normally, the relevant Markets will be settled according to the relevant results as officially reported.
10.5.
If a match deviates significantly from the generally accepted format or rules, Rheabet reserves the right to void any relevant Market.
10.6.
If a match is not completed or not played (e.g. through disqualification, interruption, withdrawal, changes in draws, etc.), all undecided Markets will be void. However if the outcome of the Market has already been determined then the Market will be settled accordingly.
10.7.
If the outcome of a Market was already known or decided before the placing of a bet, the bet will be void and any winnings may be withheld or deducted and wager amounts returned.
10.8.
Betting may be voided in the case of any incorrectly displayed or calculated prices.
10.9.
Bets are void on postponed, cancelled, or abandoned Matches. Matches which have their start date altered well in advance to accommodate live TV, or to ease fixture congestion will not be classed as postponed. An abandonment is where a match is halted before the completion of the allocated match time and not played out to conclusion on the same day. Markets which have already been determined at the time of abandonment, such as 'First Team to Score', will stand. The Market must be fully determined for bets to stand.
10.10.
If a Market is incorrectly settled, Rheabet reserves the right to correct it at any time.
10.11.
For prop bets, the following terminology applies:
- "Player must play": applies to all pre-match player prop markets across NBA, NHL, NFL, CBB, and CFB and all in-play player prop markets across MLB, NBA and NFL.
- "Player must start": all prematch MLB player prop markets (pitcher and batter markets) are "Player must start". Bench player markets are not available for pre-match betting. NHL goalie markets are "Goalie Must Start".
10.12.
The following rules apply to prop bets:
- Rheabet reserves the right to void bets placed on known outcomes or known results.
- Settlements are sourced from the official league data in the box scores: nfl.com, nba.com, mlb.com, and nhl.com.
- Bets are void on postponed, cancelled, or abandoned matches.
10.13.
"Cash Out" is a feature that offers the customer the opportunity to take a return on a bet placed before the bet has reached its conclusion. To Cash Out (where available), click on the Cash Out button next to your bet. The Cash Out amount will then be credited to your account. Once you have chosen to Cash Out, your bet will be deemed concluded and will be unaffected by the final outcome of the relevant event.
10.14.
The following also applies to the Cash Out feature:
- (a) Cash Out will not be available on certain Markets and events.
- (b) A time delay is applied on every Cash Out.
- (c) Cash Out will not be available if the event and/or Market you have placed a bet on is suspended.
- (d) A Cash Out attempt may not be successful if a Market or event is suspended or odds change during the time delay period applied after Cash Out is attempted.
- (e) Where Cash Out is available on a pre-match event, if we do not cover the event live then Cash Out will be unavailable once the event starts.
- (f) Your Cash Out value will differ depending on how your selection is performing and may be higher or lower than your original stake.
- (g) Rheabet reserves the right to reverse the settlement of a Cash Out on any bet that has been settled in error.
- (h) Rheabet will not be responsible in the event that Cash Out is unavailable because of technical issues. Any bets will be settled as normal based on the final result.
- (i) Rheabet reserves the right to remove a customer's ability to use the Cash Out feature, or to nullify any use of such feature, in the event of misuse or any other breaches of these Terms of Service.
12. Deposit Playthrough, Win Cap & Withdrawal Limits
All deposits are subject to a 1x playthrough requirement before withdrawal. This means you must wager the amount of your deposit at least once before being eligible to withdraw those funds or any associated winnings.
A maximum win cap of $1,000,000 applies per session. Any winnings exceeding this amount may be voided at our discretion. Withdrawals are limited to a maximum of $250,000 per week; if you wish to withdraw an amount exceeding this limit, the withdrawal will be processed in installments over consecutive weeks. 13. Bonus Rules
Bonuses and rewards (such as free spins, cashback, free bets and bonus funds) have their own sets of terms and conditions, to which you must agree in order to participate. Unless the terms of a specific Bonus provide otherwise, cashback-type Bonuses are calculated on your net losses over the applicable period and are capped at two (2) times the aggregate expected loss of the wagers you placed during that period, as determined by the house edge of the games played.
Certain games may be excluded from contributing toward Bonus wagering requirements, and such exclusions may change at any time. We reserve the right to remove any Bonus, void associated winnings, and exclude accounts from future promotions where we determine at our sole discretion that an account is engaging in promotion abuse, and to cancel any Bonus that has not been claimed within the shorter of any applicable claiming period or 60 days.
14. Intellectual Property
We and our licensors are the sole holders of all rights in and to the Services and related code, structure and organisation, including copyright, trade secrets, intellectual property and other rights. You may not, within the limits prescribed by applicable laws, copy, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or translate the Services or make any other unauthorised use of them.
15. Complaints
If you wish to make a complaint regarding the Services, you may contact our customer support team by email at support@rheabet.com. Complaints are handled in the order received, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve them promptly.
16. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Miscellaneous
These Terms of Service are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Costa Rica. The courts of Costa Rica have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from or connected with these Terms (including a dispute relating to their existence, validity or termination, or the consequences of their nullity, or any non-contractual obligation arising out of or in connection with them). You must bring any and all legal claims under these Terms in your individual capacity and not as a claimant in or member of any purported class action, collective action, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding. You agree to waive the right to demand a trial by jury, where applicable.
If any provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. We reserve the right to assign our rights under these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time without notice; you may not assign any of your rights or obligations. No waiver by us of any breach of any provision shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach. Nothing in these Terms shall create or confer any rights or other benefits in favour of any third parties.
